Ceeblue specializes in live streaming and is based in the Netherlands. We provide transcoding for broadcasters and streaming companies, but are especially known for our end-to-end platform providing real-time (sub-500 ms) transcoding + delivery. Lately, our real-time origin services have also been making waves.
Ceeblue supports multiple standard industry protocols and codecs and is the first and only provider of both WebRTC and HESP real-time protocols. We have also recently rolled out a new framework that we have developed called WebRTS that resolves many of the drawbacks of existing real-time technologies.

WebRTS finally makes real-time (sub-500 ms) live streaming at scale possible and practical. Supporting HTTP-based transport, WebRTS allows real-time video to be delivered over traditional CDNs as opposed to specialty WebRTC CDNs. This provides both economic as well as operational efficiencies.
WebRTS is broadly compatible with CDNs, browsers, and HTTP-based players. It is truly format-agnostic, and supports multiple transports, protocols and codecs.
At the same time, WebRTS includes many technologies that improve QoS, including partial reliability with seamless frame skipping, advanced network congestion control, and the elimination of video artifacts.
